Welcome to Level Up Series: where we will be doing a mix of cardio and toning workouts that can be done on everyone! :)

In today's workout, we are focusing on an area that so many people request from me: the muffin top! The area that is situated on the hips, lower stomach, and around the back. In this routine, I will be showing you all some of my favourite exercises to target the muffin area, using beginner and intermediate levels.

Make sure you are pushing yourself through these movements and doing each rep with quality.
