This is a quick video on how to replace system apk files like messaging, music, calender, tasks, etc. on your Android phone. You'd want to do this in situations where you have a custom ROM and want an older or newer version of a particular application from a different ROM but want to keep your current ROM. Note that you do need to have a rooted phone in order to be able to do this.
