~INGREDIENTS~

Measuring cup used- 200ml
Cake tin used- 6" diameter

Whole wheat flour- 1 and 1/2 cup or 225 g
Refined oil- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp
Milk- 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar- 1/2 cup
Baking powder- 1 and 1/2 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Milk Powder- 4 tbsp
Water- 1/2 cup
Tutti frutti- 2-3 Tbsp + 2 tbsp for garnishing
Raisins or kishmish- 2 tbsp
Chopped Cashewnuts- 2 tbsp
Chopped cherries- 1 tbsp
